Artisan's Village 6/5 -6/7

Lissa's challenge to reproduce a bead. I chose a bead from Mannion's Dissertation on Early Medieval Irish Beads.

First 4 attempts at reproducing a Class 16 plain, annular bead. 

5th and final attempt. Successfully reproduced to the range of the original's diameter, height and perforation size.

Carowyn's challenge to reproduce wire earrings with glass beads.

 I successfully made multiple beads that are symmetrical in size.

Necklace and Earrings for Fiadhnait based on the beads from the May-Be event

Fiadhnait wore them with her new black and white Viking apron dress with cattails she appliqued onto the dress for Iron Bog's Investiture. She looked lovely!
